Brain Health Foods

I was watching Dr Oz the other day and he had a list of foods we should eat to maintain a healty brain. Here is the list of food Dr. Oz recommends:

Baked potatoes, bananas, chickpeas, whole oats, black beans, 16 ounces of milk a day, cooked mushrooms, Hass avocados, tomatoes, onions, fresh cucumbers and of course, spinanch and parsley. All these foods are filled with nutrients that will keep your mind healthy – as well as your body. Throw some together in a bowl for a delicious salad or add them to your favorite dishes.
